In-Person/Small Group Weight Loss

Join our "Nutrition Quest" for weight loss program. Good nutrition is vital to successful weight loss. This combined with our "move more" approach will set the stage for long-term success. Our dietitians have completed professional training in the area of weight loss and are passionate about helping you meet your weight loss goals! This program is unique, in that it offers both a group and individual component. We truly believe that for weight loss to be successful and long term, it needs to be tailored to each individual person, so this is NOT A ONE SIZE FITS ALL PROGRAM!

In order to keep the program more personal, we have kept the group size to a maximum of 5 participants. This way we can give each individual the attention and guidance they deserve!

What does this program include?

The "Nutrition Quest" 8 week weight loss program includes:
  • Individual assessment to set realistic goals and determine requirements
  • Personalized meal guide
  • Individual weekly reports with dietitian feedback
  • Nutrition educations seminars (weekly)
  • Access to online tracking program (paper tracking optional)
  • Handouts/resources
  • Weekly nutrition/exercise challenges
  • Weekly weigh-in
  • Recipe exchange & taste testing

What are you required to do?

  • Register for our program
  • Attend weekly seminar & weigh-in (1 hr/week)
  • Follow meal guide
  • Keep online food record (paper tracking optional)
  • Participate in weekly challenges
